2 Year Integrated Review

The review is an opportunity to assess a child’s development and identify areas for improvement. It also helps to plan for the child’s future health, wellbeing, learning, and behaviour.

The review is conducted by health and early years practitioners in collaboration with parents. The review takes place when the child is between 24 and 30 months old. The review will be done as an observation via Tapestry online journal, which is shared with parents. There will be a discussion where the child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement are highlighted. The parents keep a copy of the Two Year Old Integrated Review, which they can share with other professionals if they wish.

Parents will be advised to share this with their health visitor.
